Cancellation Policy
All cancellations MUST be done with at least 24 hours notice.
**Please note** - All appointments are protected by a "no show, no call" policy. This policy .indicates that if you do not contact and inform your lash technician of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. If payment is not received, the fee will be added to your next appointment. No exceptions.
